Ok here is the AI Test Track and not a bad little blast either 

Unzip to temp folder, run track install, go to lesson 1 and get those cars into the pits and ready at the start line and running around the track, it doesn't matter how bad at this stage as long as they drive themselves similar to your replay lap (and not at 40 kmh in the center).

Please do not post finished track.ini's for it, the object is for people to learn, but of course you can help.
